When we say “you” or “your” in these terms and conditions, we mean you – the person competing in the MyBudget challenge, submitting your answer for a prize, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. What do we do?

OpenWrks a free online service to consumers to help them understand their income, spending and affordability by helping them build a budget.

Businesses pay OpenWrks to license MyBugdet so that they can help their customers complete a digital income and expenditure assessment.

FICO (NYSE: FICO) is a leading analytics software company, helping businesses in 90+ countries make better decisions that drive higher levels of growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

3. How does the competition work?

To enter the competition you’ll need to follow four steps:

  1. Visit the OpenWrks or FICO booth and start a chat with one of our sales representatives, referencing the competition.
  2. You’ll be sent a link to get started. Complete the budget as the persona ‘Kira’, all the information to complete the budget will be on the link.
  3. When asked to connect your bank accounts, do so. Your financial information won’t be used to build the budget, but will be stored and processed in line with the MyBudget Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Finally, once you’ve built the budget tell us how much Kira spends on ‘SKY’ each month, by completing the form on the original link. To successfully submit your form you’ll need to provide your work name, email address, business and job title.

Anyone who correctly tells us how much Kira spends on SKY each month will be automatically entered into the prize draw, the first name drawn will win an Apple Watch SE.

4. Entry Requirements

4a. This competition is free to enter, but you must hold a valid ticket for Open Banking Expo Digifest 2020. You must be able to show proof of ticket if requested.

4b. Each participant may only enter one answer.

4c. Only participants with the correct answer will be entered into the raffle.

4e. The winner will be selected in a blind raffle. We will be using a random name selector - https://namepicker.net/ - to ensure this is fair, unbiased and picked at random.

4f. This competition is not open to representatives or employees from the Open Banking Expo itself or fellow vendors and sponsors of the event.

5. Dates

5a. The competition opens at 9am, November 24th, 2020.

5b. The competition closes at 6pm, November 26th, 2020.

5c. The winner will be announced at 12pm on November 27th, 2020.

6. The prize

6a. There will be a main prize of an Apple Watch SE, costing up to £300, awarded to the first name selected in the blind raffle.

6b. The Apple Watch SE has been sourced from the Apple Store, and will be delivered via courier to the winner. We will request information on wrist size and preference on the strap.

6d. In order to receive the prize, the winner will be asked to provide a mailing address.

7. Restrictions

7a. Due to the event-based nature of this competition, the dates outlined in Section 5 will be strictly adhered to.

7b. Similarly, this competition is only open to those holding Open Banking Expo tickets.

7c. This competition is not open to representatives or employees from the Open Banking Expo itself or fellow vendors and sponsors of the event.

8. Limitations

8a. There is only one prize of a single Apple Watch SE and there will only be one raffle.
